Quality control & certifications
A battery is a promise about what happens after it leaves your warehouse. Our inspection process is built around the two failures that hurt importers most: capacity that disappoints the end user, and leakage that damages the device — or the rest of the shipment.
What gets checked
Incoming material control
Zinc, manganese dioxide, separator and seal materials are checked against specification before they enter the line.
Capacity & voltage testing
Batch samples are discharged on load testers; voltage and internal resistance are recorded against the model datasheet.
Leakage & sealing
Seal integrity and over-discharge behaviour are checked on every model family, since leakage is the complaint that ends a retail relationship.
100% visual inspection
Shell, print and terminal appearance are inspected before packing — artwork defects are caught at the factory, not in your warehouse.
Packing & carton audit
Blister seal strength, pack counts and carton markings are verified against your approved artwork and shipping marks.
Documentation
Test reports, MSDS, UN38.3 summaries and HS codes prepared so your customs broker is not chasing paperwork after the ship sails.
Standards & documents
- IEC 60086
- Primary battery dimensional and performance standard that our cylindrical and button cells are built to.
- CE / RoHS / REACH
- European market compliance for the materials used in the cell and its packaging.
- SGS test reports
- Third-party testing on request for specific models and shipment lots.
- ISO 9001
- Quality management system governing production and inspection procedures.
- UN38.3
- Transport testing documentation for lithium cells shipped by air or sea.
- MSDS
- Material safety data sheets issued with export shipments.
Before you order
Ask for the current test report for the exact model and manufacturing batch you are buying. Reports are issued per model and per shipment, and we would rather send you a real document than let you approve artwork against an assumption.
Free samples of the standard printed version are available for evaluation. Test capacity on your own equipment and check the fit in your device — those two results decide whether a battery supplier is worth keeping, and they are the reason most of our customers reorder.
