OEM & ODM battery manufacturing
If your customers should see your brand instead of ours, we build the batteries and the packaging to look like yours from the start. OEM and ODM are the normal way we work with importers, retail chains and device manufacturers.
What we can take off your plate
OEM — your brand on our cells
Standard models printed with your logo and model number on the can, sleeve or blister card, with your packing configuration and barcode.
ODM — custom specification
Capacity, dimensions within the platform, contact geometry and pack layout adapted to your device, your retail channel or your private-label range.
Packaging design
Blister cards, shrink multi-packs, industrial trays, counter displays and floor stands — artwork prepared to your brand guide and the retail regulations of your market.
Compliance support
Label content, warning texts, IEC references and the transport documents your customs broker needs for lithium and alkaline cells.
How a private-label order runs
01
Send the requirement
Model, quantity, target market, brand assets and the packing you have in mind. A photo of the current product works too.
02
Specification & quote
We confirm the cell specification, MOQ, lead time and price, and flag anything in the request that will not perform in the field.
03
Sample & artwork approval
Free standard samples, then a brand-printed sample or pack mock-up for your written approval before production.
04
Production & shipment
Batch production with pre-shipment inspection, carton markings per your instructions, and shipping documents issued for the forwarder.
What to send with your inquiry
- Models and quantities — e.g. 300,000 pcs LR6, 200,000 pcs LR03, 100,000 pcs CR2032.
- Target market — different markets require different label content and certifications.
- Packing style — blister card, shrink pack, bulk tray, display box or your own concept.
- Brand assets — logo files and, if you have one, a brand guide for colours and typography.
- Timeline — a first order date, so we can quote realistic production and shipping windows.
Send whatever you have; the export team will fill the gaps with questions rather than assumptions. Artwork and pack mock-ups are approved by you in writing before production starts.
